Poe Dameron got himself an ongoing comic book series coming down the pipe, courtesy of Soule and Noto. I don’t know if I’ll be checking it out, cause Christ, I can barely keep up with what I’m “actively reading” these days. But any comic book featuring Phil Noto artwork is tempting.

George Miller is making more Mad Max, folks. The guru shot down reports earlier this week that had him peacing out from the franchise.

Man, can you imagine if Batman v Superman is good? It just sort of hit me today, watching this clip. Not that I particularly liked this clip (at all). But I’ve been writing this movie off for so long, I’ll be goddamn staggered if it actually entertains me. Like, really pleasantly surprised.

Here are your 2016 Oscar Nominations, featuring a good amount of love being thrown towards my movie of 2016, Mad Max. What do you think of the list? Episode VIII is bringing with it more key female leads. We have known this for a while, and this site’s shitty echochamber has perpetuated some of the rumors regarding the actresses being considered. Well, why should we stop now?! It appears that Bel Powley is now being considered.
Rockstar North boss Leslie Benzies has left after nearly 20 years
The boss of Rockstar North, Leslie Benzies, has left the company. I would be worried, except that I generally (and perhaps unfairly) credit the Houser brothers for the classic content produced. Still though — helping to run the Rockstar juggernaut is worthy of praise, and I can’t blame the guy for being exhausted from it.
