Xbox’s servers have been down, and Snoop Dogg has been definitively unhappy about this situation.-

The Xbox Live network is currently experiencing issues that are affecting in-game matchmaking, cloud storage, finding friends, Game DVR, leaderboards and more, according to a support notice from Microsoft. To make matters worse, Snoop Dogg is very upset about the situation.

Microsoft’s Xbox Live Status page warns of those issues affecting Xbox 360, Xbox One and Windows 10 users, specifically as they relate to connecting with other players and receiving notifications. Similarly, Snoop Dogg’s Instagram warns of issues related to Xbox Live, specifically how they’re currently affecting his Xbox One experience.

Here’s Microsoft’s current support notice on the matter:

Hey Xbox members, are you having trouble creating or joining your multiplayer sessions? Are you running into an issue with viewing notifications? We are aware of these issues and are working with our engineers to get this corrected ASAP! Thank you for your patience while we work. We’ll post another update when more information becomes available.

Snoop Dogg issued his own statement on Xbox Live’s limited functionality on Instagram:

A message to Xbox One or Microsoft or whoever the fuck: Y’all fuckin’ servers fuckin’ wack, man, y’all gonna make me switch to PlayStation if y’all don’t ever get this shit fixed. It’s that difficult to play somebody online. What the fuck is you doing, Bill Gates? Fix your shit, man.

Bill Gates has not yet responded through official channels.

Update: According to the Xbox Live service status page, Xbox Live core services are back up. A tweet from the official Xbox Support Twitter account says today’s issues have been resolved and that users should power cycle their Xbox console before trying to connect again.
