We already knew that Mindhunter was getting a second season. That alone was cause to fucking celebrate. However, there’s more good news. Fincher himself is returning to the director’s chair for two episodes of the sophomore season, and is bringing other talented directors in as well.
Here’s a little teaser trailer for David Fincher’s Netflix series, Mindhunter. I’ve been sweating the series for a minute at this point, and the snippet does nothing but stoke the flames of, uh, my sweating? Or some shit? Fuck you just watch it.
I’m *all* fucking *in* on this new Fincher show for Netflix, Mindhunter.
David Fincher produces gorgeous films. Brad Pitt is gorgeous. The two of them will combine to give the world the most gorgeous zombie movie ever. (Don’t come at me with superior movies, I’m just being cute, okay.)
I keep forgetting that there is a Fincher series rumbling down the gluttonous pipes of the internet to Netflix. Well, it’s even got a date now. October 13. Somewhat related, I also keep forgetting it was responsible for early House of Cards. None the less, what I believe is Fincher’s second Netflix offering is arriving this October.
Man, I was already excited for the World War Z sequel. Now, like, I’m really excited for it.
Paramount may have officially scrapped the sequel to World War Z‘s 2017 release date, but that hasn’t stopped David Fincher from wanting to direct the film. Nice!
I liked the World War Z movie! Guilty, guilty. And, so, I’d love if David Fincher would help Brad Pitt make a sequel to the flick.
Apparently David Fincher has a long gestating project with Charlize Theron! Who knew! Doubly apparently, this project has toiled away in development hell for a good long while, but it is finally going to gain traction.
Ben Affleck, David Fincher, and Gillian Flynn are remaking Strangers On A Train. That’s right. The whole posse from that Gone Baby Girl Girl Gonehood flick teaming up once again.
