Mass Effect 3 may have gotten delayed out of the 2011 release schedule, but at least I now have a date. A date that I absolutely have to live until.

Let’s recap the entire Microsoft Xbox conference in one post. A potpourri of the news dropped in one tight package. Or in other words: like two cool games and fourteen Kinect-related things I don’t give a fuck about.

Over at Comics Alliance they’re surfing an article from IGN that breaks down a lot of the shit that shall become of the Batman Universe after Flashpoint finishes flashing and pointing at us. Wandering Jupiter Responsible For Mars’ Small Size.

Mars isn’t as big as Earth, not by a longshot. It clocks in at 1/10th the mass, and 1/2 the size. Why is that? Did Mars not use protein shakes after powerlifting? Intergalactic anorexia? Some other poor joke? No sir. It’s because it had to contend with a roaming Jupiter back in the day.
Spielberg Says ‘Jaws’ Is Coming To Blu-ray With NO Digital Changes. Dude Rules.

Steven Spielberg is indubitably the man. If you want to form a hierarchy of The Man, I don’t care where you place him. As long as he’s on it. Most recent proof: Spielberg is prepping to release Jaws on Blu-Ray, and has come out and said he’s not going to make any changes. Also? He regrets fucking with E.T.
Good man.
Review: X-Men: First Class. Cold War, Hot Swag.

X-Men: First Class dropped yesterday, and the Brothers Omega went to see it. We’re lifelong fans of mutants and zany dudes in wheelchairs, so we were pretty excited. What’d we think of the movie? What’d you think of the movie? Hit the jump to join in the fun.

And I’m looking forward to it.
Since I only listen to Cherone-era Van Halen, I had to do a little research. From what I’ve gathered, Van Halen had two singers before Gary Cherone and the relationships with both of them were somewhat tumultuous. So who were these jabronis? Which one was better? Let’s take a look!
Nikkei: ‘Wii 2’ Will Have Touchscreen Controller, Arrive In Late 2012.

Nikkei is some legit Japanese news source. That’s what the internet is telling me today. They are some news source who accurately predicted a bunch of DSi crap or something, and today they’re offering some proclamations and confirmations about the Wii 2/Project Cafe/Whatever you want to call Nintendo’s next console.
Friday Brew Review – Lightning Lemonade
I’ve been consuming alcoholic lemonade for longer than I’d like to admit. Well before I could appreciate a good brew, I was sippin’ on bottles of Baby’s First Buzz, laughing as my face got warm and everything just seemed better. Sure, it was a great gateway into the realm of inebriation, but once I was able to comprehend the majesty of stouts and porters, I didn’t look back.
Until now.
