‘Suicide Squad 2’ planned for 2017 with Ayer and Smith returning
I’m pretty excited for Suicide Squad. The latest trailer hooked me, with an irreverence and playfulness that I wasn’t expecting, and didn’t realize I was silently wanting. That said, I enjoyed the Man of Steel trailer. So what the fuck do I know/what the fuck can you really gleam from a trailer? None the less, the film is getting a sequel. With the director and Fresh Prince returning.

‘No Man’s Sky’ gets official release date, June 21, 2016
Holy shit, No Man’s Sky has a release date. Holy shit, I can’t wait to fly around the universe. Giggling. Shooting space-animals, eating their marrow in my cockpit as I galavant about. Yes. Yes. Yes.
Rumor: ‘Beyond Good & Evil 2’ being funded by Nintendo for Nintendo NX
Despite all my posturing, annoyance, and lip-smacking stupidity, I’m going to end up getting a Nintendo NX at some point. If only for what is guaranteed to be AAA titles from Nintendo themselves. But a niche sequel to one of my favorite games of all time? That’ll excite me, too. I don’t think it’ll gain Nintendo back many of the casual fans, but for hardcore ding dongs like me? Palms sweating.
‘Ghostbusters’ Trailer: The Devil Is A Liar!
I really wanted to like this trailer. I did not like this trailer. None the less, I will remain cautiously optimistic.
‘American Gods’ TV adaptation casts Ian McShane as Mr. Wednesday
I really enjoyed American Gods. But for the life of me, I cannot recall the character of Mr. Wednesday. Probably because I’ve only read the novel once, and that was a decade ago. Eons have passed. Brain cells have withered, popping out one by one by one under constant attack from caffeine and ennui. That said, I’m sure this is good news. How? I just am.
Finn Jones’ ‘Iron Fist’ debuting on Netflix’s ‘Luke Cage’ before his own show
Makes sense, right? Jessica Jones debuted Luke Cage. Luke Cage will now debut Iron Fist.
Soderbergh bringing Western mini series, ‘Godless’ to Netflix with ‘Out of Sight’ writer
Steven Soderbergh is bringing a Western mini series to Netflix, and is being joined by screenwriter Scott Frank. The two of them worked back in the day on Out of Sight, and Frank is also responsible for writing The Wolverine. So there’s that.
