It appears that Kojima Productions continuing to roll out its logo art is actually Kojima Productions continuing to roll out looks at its first game’s main character. At least, that’s my take.

Hideo Kojima, as the title tells ya, isn’t making a new game engine for his next game, the first under his new studio. While there isn’t any denying that the Fox Engine fucking rips, it also took the dude and his squad forever to create. Kojima knows this, and also knows that “forever to create” thing would undermine his other goal: to get his first title out under the Kojima Productions banner more quickly than usual.

Free at last, free at last! Japan’s Nikkei is reporting that Solid Snake’s Daddy has officially left Konami. But wait, there is more! The outlet is also reporting that Kojima is forming his own gaming studio, and is in talks with Sony Computer Entertainment.
