DC wins the FINAL APPEAL in the case of SUPERMAN RIGHTS

Action Comics #1.

It appears that DC is inching closer (if they haven’t closed the case already) towards completely subsuming the Superman rights into their bulging corpus. Latest in a long line of appeals and whatever stuff has ruled in favor of The Man.

COPY OF ‘ACTION COMICS’ #1 found in the F**KING WALL OF OLD HOUSE. Worth more than said house.

Action Comics #1.

This is a hell of a tale. A copy of Action Comics #1 was found in an old as fuck house, is worth more than the house, and was partially destroyed by in-laws. This one has it all folks.

This won’t get me to buy Action Comics, but it is certainly fucking awesome. I’m loving the hell out of how ubiquitous Neil is becoming in our pop culture. All Neil everything! Into infinity! Just when you were pondering where he would appear next, dude is dropping knowledge bombs on Clark’s silly ass within the world of the Super-Men.

Ruling is approaching in the Shuster estate’s attempt to reclaim ‘SUPERMAN’ rights.

I don’t really understand the legal mumbo jumbo that is going on in the Shuster estate’s attempt to reclaim the rights to the Super-Man. They’re in a really righteous arm wrestling match with DC, I know that. There’s probably like a zillion bucks on the line, I know that too. But who is in the right? What the motions mean? Not even.

GRANT MORRISON Leaving ‘ACTION COMICS’, BATMAN INC’, superhero comics in general in 2013.

Grant Morrison seems to be setting himself up for stepping out of the superhero game for a while. The good Scottish Alien Lad has announced that come 2013, he’s finishing up his work on ActionThe Bat-Man Incorporation, and leaving the capes for the time being.

Comics Retailer Boycotting ‘Action Comics #1’ over The Blasphemous Letters ‘GD’.

The Comic Conspiracy, a North Carolinian comic book store is boycotting that fucking heathen Grant Morrison and his liberal brain-washing rag Action Comics over a sound effect in the first issue. The sound effect “GD” has been construed to mean “Goddamn”, which still seems pretty ludicrous to me.
