Netflix’s ‘Iron First’ show has landed its showrunner
Showrunners! They are important, man. They can make a series fantastic, man. Or condemn it to assitude. Just like, you know, compare Noah Hawley to Nic Pizzolatto. So Iron Fist landing its showrunner may be equally important to the quality of its show as it landing its lead, and the show has done just that. The person running the show? Scott Buck.

‘The Hunger Games’ Prequel movies are probably coming from Lionsgate
Despite Hunger Games 3.5: The MockingReckoning making few less bank than the other installments, Lionsgate knows a cash cow when it sees one. The company has made an insane amount of money off of the franchise, and like all sensible folk they want to continue nursing that teat until it snaps off, reddened and miserable. How are they intending to do so? I’m glad you asked! Prequels, friends. Prequels.
Quentin Tarantino: ‘Kill Bill 3’ is a “possibility”
Quentin Tarantino is all like, Kill Bill 3 is a possibility. This probably isn’t news. Quentin Tarantino tends to run his mouth, god bless him. He’s allowed to in my eyes, because he’s given me so much goddamn entertainment throughout the years. So him running his mouth about a potential sequel may just be more of this verbal diarrhea. Probably is more diarrhea. But I could get down for a third Kill Bill. How about you?
‘System Shock 3’ has been revealed!
I never played the original System Shock games, and I feel like I am lesser due that failure. But maybe I can get on the cyberpunk shooter ball with this third title, which is apparently coming.

‘Half-Life 3’ added to Steam Database. But I ain’t getting excited
Half-Life 3 has been added to the Steam Database. Some will interpret this as a signal that the much-anticipated third title in the series is coming. I’m choosing to interpret it in pretty much any other way, since I don’t want to get my hopes up.
