‘Final Fantasy XII’ HD Remake dropping next year
I really liked Final Fantasy 12, despite the fact that the last twenty hours were a mindless grindfest. The universe, the character designs, and the battle system carried me through. So, I’m down for a remake! Slap HD graphics on it and push it through!

‘Watch Dogs 2’ confirmed for E3 2016 Reveal
I’m the one person who genuinely enjoyed Watch Dogs. Oh, don’t get me wrong. It was flawed as fuck. The hacking didn’t really work or matter. The protagonist was one of the worst ones I’ve had the misery of controlling in a long while. But I’m a fucking sucker for anything cyberpunky. which gave it a +50 enjoyment buff. Plus, the shooting mechanics were some of the sharpest I’ve ever experienced, which yes is ironic, because the game usually wanted you to fumble your way through hacking the encounters. This is why I’m excited for the sequel. Ubisoft has more or less confirmed they knew the protagonist sucked, and their gameplay wasn’t well-integrated. So, if it’s theoretically only going to get better, then I’m going to enjoy the sequel even more.

‘Mirror’s Edge’ has landed a TV series adaptation
Any TV series that takes place in any sort of futuristic Dystopia is going to get my attention. Based on a video games or not.
‘No Man’s Sky’ has been delayed; should we be worried?
No Man’s Sky is seemingly suffering a quiet delay. This comes amid reports that while beautiful, and exploratory, some are concerned that it pushes the idea of what constitutes a “game” as generally conceived. For me? I don’t need no narrative, I don’t need no driving force, I just want to relax and fly around space. But I’m wondering if the general murmurings are getting to Hello Games.

Today marks ten fucking years since Half Life 2: Episode 3 was announced. Celebrate this death march with a compilation of Gabe Newell talking about the game for the past decade. God dammit.
‘Uncharted 4’ has sold more than 2.7 million copies. In two weeks.
I’m about ten chapters into Uncharted 4. So far I enjoy it, but I couldn’t help but think today: this is a very fun, but unnecessary coda to the series. Then I couldn’t help but think the reason the title exists is because Sony was like, yo, we need a system-pusher. With the game finally released, and selling like hot cakes, it seems that system-pusher has arrived.
