I knew when I heard that Joseph Gordon-Levitt was donning  prosthetics  to play a young Bruce Willis in Looper  we were going to be in for a treat. I was right! The delicious warmth of correctness washing over me. This weekend at WonderCon us humanoids got our first look at this JGL-as-B-MFin-W, and it’s a bit ridiculous, a lot amazing.

Leprechaun  was one of many horror movies back in the day that scared the crud out of my bunghole. I was a bit of a candy ass, and I was often babysat by older cousins. As such I spent many summer afternoons cowering in the other room while chuckle fucks like the Leprechaun terrorized fictional neighborhoods. Now that pain and horror will be inflicted on a new generation of wimpy kids.

Tim Miller is a super-VFX-wizard whose work you may have seen most recently in the Fincher-powered Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. He was responsible for the opening credits sequence, which was both amazing and probably the only portion of the movie worth watching. Now he is going to helm the adaptation of the Warren Ellis comic book Gravel.
