‘Halt and Catch Fire’ renewed for a third season
I gave up on Halt and Catch Fire about three episodes into its second season. Nothing against the show — which was never great, but always enjoyable. I just got sidetracked by buying a house, teaching, getting a dog, watching Mr. Robot until my eyes bleed and my bladder burst. But maybe I’ll find the wherewithal to finish its second season. ‘Cause despite shitty, shitty ratings, AMC has renewed the show.

PS4 is finally getting a price cut, folks. The OverLords over there at Sony have officially announced the reduction, which starts tomorrow.

Ant-Man is getting itself a sequel, which is dope. Fun as futz movie, and I’m willing to see more! And it’s going to be co-starring The Wasp. Also dope.

F. Gary Gray (‘Straight Outta Compton’) expected to direct ‘Furious 8’
I haven’t seen Straight Outta Compton, but — it’s supposed to be a dope movie. So I’m glad that its director is expected to handle the next Furious flick. A hell of an upgrade from previous rumors — Vinny D himself, or the director of the first F&F movie.
