Sony bringing PS2 Emulation to PlayStation 4; it’s a start
Sony is bringing PS2 emulation to its newest rig. I hold myself 1,000% solely responsible for this development, after weeks of barking about the lack of backwards compatibility on the PS4. And this? This is a start. However, Sony is still holding out on the White Whale, PS3 support. ‘Cause, you know, they want you to check out their shitty streaming service. But it is a start.

MissionImpossible: Rogue One Nation Under Espionage was a fantastic summer movie, and a lot of it was in thanks to Christopher McQuarrie. So it makes sense that Paramont is (reportedly) bringing McQuarrie back to write and possibly direct the sixth installment of the franchise.

There is someone out there who is excited for the second Prometheus movie. There is somewhere in me that’s excited for the second Prometheus movie, hoping that no Damon Lindelof will fix the problems with the first movie. Especially since Scott has proven himself still a competent filmmaker, on the back of The Martian. This news is for us!
‘Logan’s Run’ being turned into movie franchise because reasons
Weird. I recently saw Logan’s Run for the first time, and it was a pretty fantastic dose of hallucinatory mid-70s science-fiction. I enjoyed it! However, at no point did the movie scream either “mass market!” or “movie franchise!” to me. But, what the fuck do I know?

I was sort of shocked when UbiFolk announced that the new Deus Ex was dropping early next year. The game had just been revealed, these sort of AAA games take forever to develop, you know, that happy horseshit. Seemed…too soon. And! Apparently it was, since the game has been delayed.

So, I have no idea about the characters that WB is eyeing Monica Bellucci to play. But holy crap crackers, Colin Farrell as Constantine? I can fuck with that! And, I love both of those people, so I support this development.
