It’s Tuesday Afternoon Commute! I’m lazy. Yesterday it was a holiday here in the Boston-based Existence. Patriots’ Day. This meant a long weekend for the wife and me, which meant I was too busy sitting on my ass with her to write up a dollop of inciting (to post, not to engulf the world in fanboy-fueled fury) prose for you all. So here I am!

RDR is getting a sequel! Its map has leaked! I’m excited for this, but I’m also shamed. I have not played RDR. Of all the games in the Gaming Classics Pantheon that I regret having not played, RDR is up there. Along with (shh) Link To The Past and Symphony Of The Night.
‘Daredevil’ Season 2 Showrunners to helm ‘The Defenders’ with Drew Goddard exec producing
I finished Daredevil season 2 last night. It was okay? Like, lots of cool moments throughout, but (for me) it sort of fizzled out with about three episodes to go. And man, the monologue at the end of the season is fucking Hackneyed City. With that in mind, I’m okay with the show’s second season showrunners helming Defenders. Specifically if Drew Goddard is going to be more hands-on than he was with the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen’s sophomore outing, which, uh, the news suggests.
Rumor: Tessa Thompson is playing Valkyrie in ‘Thor: Ragnarok’
Oh man! Oh man, oh man. Not only is Tessa Thompson in Thor: Ragnarok, but if the rumor holds, she is playing fucking Valkyrie. This is so good.
