Sort of lukewarm on Defenders, if I’m being honest. Luke Cage got real, real bad for me, and then Iron Fist was so terrible I didn’t even watch it. Still! Though! I’ll remain optimistic.

Elektra is going to be in The Defenders! This apparently is surprising some people, who thought she legitimately “died” in the second season of Daredevil. Nah! C’mon!

We got ourselves some Elektra happening in Daredevil‘s second season! Aww! Yeah! While most of us thought the character would be making her appearance, Marvel has now confirmed such speculation with a casting announcement.

It’s pretty much a fucking no brainer to bring Elektra in for Daredevil‘s second season. So, I’m glad that these purported audition tapes confirm that the writing staff is on the same level as me. You know, chubby, irrelevant blogger. But still. Solidarity among us.
