‘FALLOUT’ VAULT 101 sneakers and hoodie are gorgeous. Get in my soul.
Check out these beautiful Vault 101 sneakers, complimented by a sexy-sexy Vault 101 hoodie. Now, we all know that I cannot find these sneakers for my behemoth feet. That much is a given. However, there may be hope for me yet. I’ll be goddamn if I cannot purchase the hoodie, and drape it across my hairy gamer shoulders.

Hello dear friends. Welcome back to part 2 of The Sad and Short Earthbound Life of Tom Marshall. For those of you who missed last week’s post, feel free to catch up before continuing. For those of you eagerly awaiting to see what happens to Tom next, hit the jump.
‘BIOSHOCK INFINITE’ TV TRAILER: NO SERIOUSLY, THE GAME IS ALMOST HERE.
Folks, BioShock Infinite has almost arrived. The game that I have been sweating only second to HL: Episode III in ferocity. Yes. Yes, yes, yes.
First a baby, now 14 ADULTS “fuctionally cured” of HIV. Awesomeness and caveats.
This is righteous news. A total of 15 people have been confirmed as being “functionally cured” of HIV. There is a bit of a winding road that leads to both what constitutes their cures and how it is done, but the news is generally pretty awesome.
This week’s COMIXOLOGY BLACKOUT confirms my fears over service.
Real talk: I fucking adore comiXology. In a world where my LCS lets Rendar and me down every week, it has arrived like a beautiful bastard upon a stunning stallion. Lending me its hand, it murmurs in my ears the promises of taking me to a world where comic books are accessible. However, I have some reservations. Unlike Amazon and B&N’s proprietary services, there is no way to access your files. They’re intangible intangibles, and this is concerning. What if comiXology goes out of business? Or what if – say – Marvel breaks their servers?
Doom!
I will continue using comiXology. It’s convenient, the comics look great in HD. However, they should let us consumers hold our files in our own hands.
Hit the break for Corey Blake’s far more eloquent interrogation of the problem.
[Interview] Gregory Peterson – Ex Umbris: Step into the Light

A few days ago, while intoxicated on cough syrup and jalapeno flavored cheese doodles, I ran across a novel on Amazon’s kindle app. For a paltry two dollars American I downloaded it and immediately began reading it. The novel is Ex Umbris: Step into the Light by Gregory Peterson. (You can get it right here by the way).
Greg has chosen the ballsy move of self-publishing. As someone who is also interested in publishing works and getting cashy money for it, I decided to try to get in touch with him. I searched high and low for literally minutes before finding his email address and firing off a few questions. Immediately I was met with a response and a picture of him in nothing but a bathrobe (Which I’m keeping by the way).
Initially I was just going to keep the interview secret and read it to myself whilst giggling like a pubescent teenager getting a note from their crush/obsession. After all, I did all the leg work, why should I have to share? Well, I suppose it will help both Greg and me if I posted the interview. So hit the jump for some good ol’ fashioned Q&A.
Cosplay: This LARA CROFT is brutal, and beautiful.
The new Tomb Raider is the best Uncharted game since the series’ second installment, and I’m glad that it is getting some cosplay love. Here is Tarah-Rex rocking out as the distinguishable yet destroyed Lara Craft.
HIDEO KOJIMA continues trolling us with INSANE ‘PHANTOM PAIN’ interview.
This is utter madness ratcheted up to the Nth degree. When The Phantom Pain’s trailer dropped last year, people were confused. What the fuck was this game? Who was this mysterious developer? No one really knew. After some scratching at the surface however, details began to emerge. Slowly, the mystery resolved itself. Resolved itself right into the maniacal face of Hideo Kojima. A recent interview with Joakim Mogren who is the alleged creator of the game only continues this insanity.
