9/11 Influenced ‘Grand Theft Auto III’ Cover, Gave Birth To The Classic Look.
Grand Theft Auto III dropped back in 2001 quite close to the events of 9/11. It almost seems amazing that such a game managed to make its way into the world amid the hysteria and reaction following the events. Not much got taken out, though the game’s classic cover look is a result of that day.

Ken Levine Talks About ‘BioShock’ And Its Crappy Final Boss, Handling The Conclusion In ‘Infinite’.
I can’t remember the final boss in BioShock, though I can remember the conflict with Andrew Ryan. This is clearly a problem, and one that Ken Levine is all too aware of. This is a good thing. Levine recently spoke to Joystiq about the shitty finale in the original BioShock, and how they’re handling the conclusion to Infinite.

Review: RAGE (XBOX 360)
You know, there’s some sort of unwritten rule amongst games bloggers/reviewers/writers. I’ve heard it mentioned before that you should never review a game without finishing it: it smacks of a lack of professionalism, a lack of commitment and, most importantly, it doesn’t seem fair to call a race before it finishes.
Fuck that. When I drop forty bucks on a game I want it to entertain the shit out of me: at least keep me interested until the end. If your product fails to even meet that basic requirement then this is what you get: a bile-filled rant on how your game cheated me out my hard-earned money. Simply put: me seeing Rage through until its end would be like finishing a meal of dog shit and ass hair because it came served on a plate. There are principles and then there’s stupidity.
