ABC greenlights JOSS WHEDON-powered ‘S.H.I.E.L.D’ TV series. F**k yes.
Fuck yeah. I didn’t see this coming out of the Joss Whedon deal with the Marvel Monolith. At all. The good sir has received the greenlight to rock out on a S.H.I.E.L.D. television series. This is…weird. But awesome.

As the self proclaimed “Zombie Czar” of Omega-Level, I’m constantly on the lookout for freshness in the genre to show off to the class. So the other day, while doing research on Tumblr about the upcoming season of AMC’s The Walking Dead I stumbled on this gem of a web comic called The Dixons. The comic traced the dark nature of fan favorites Daryl and Merle Dixon, both characters exclusive to the AMC show (but not found in the original comic). I started reading, and was immediately hooked on the brooding tale of dysfunction that seemed to fit so perfectly with the show itself. I tracked down the author, and demanded answers! Guillermo del Toro hints at ‘big name’ writer for his ‘INCREDIBLE HULK’ TV show. Please god not Lindelof.
The whole fucking Hulk on TV and in the movies but being two different universes – maybe – and two different actors – definitely- hurts my fucking skull. It doesn’t take much to hurt my skull. Children. Math. Squirrels. So trying to comprehend the complexity of the Bruce Banner multi-medium conundrum gets the nose bleeding. Can’t this shit be simple? Maybe? With all of this incestuous riddling, I’m finding it hard to get excited for the TV version of the Hulk product. Maybe del Toro knows this, and that is why he is tweaking my nipples with sweet nothings.

Vince Vaughn, that guy who says those things that aren’t really funny anymore, is dragging up the lifeless corpse of an old television favorite back into the idiot box. I’d say if there is a God this won’t be a success, but maybe that dude just loves girls getting hit in the nose with footballs. Who knows.

Saul Goodman getting his own show? Seems too fucking ridiculous to be true, and that is the reason I’d love to see it happen. Vinny Gilligan isn’t committing to anything, but that isn’t stopping him from talking about the possible adventure.
