New Batman Vehicle Revealed In This ‘Dark Knight Rises’ Set Photo?
Here’s the thing. I’ve been telling myself that I’m trying to keep the Dark Knight Rises as fresh as possible for when I go into the theater. It is almost impossible. Certain news sites just up and throw spoilers everywhere in their headlines. I’m trying to not do the same, not be as specific. Marko Manev Does Gorogeous Minimalist Marvel Posters.
Marko Manev brings the world a delicious selection of minimalist Marvel posters. Has minimalism jumped the shark yet? I know I can’t get enough of it, but it has to be approaching critical mass. What’s the inversion? Excessivism? I’m eagerly awaiting that turn as well.

Marvel Drops Fourth ‘4’ Teaser, Officially Announces ‘Fantastic Four #600.’
It’s official. All those ‘4’ teasers that have been released this week have been building up to the announcement of Fantastic Four #600. This is the endgame that we all thought they were playing towards. It’s going to be a quadruple-sized issue, but the contents of the story is up for guessing.

Marvel Releases Third Teaser For Hickman’s ‘4’, This One Is Flame-On.
Marvel’s released a third teaser for November’s ‘4’ event which is looking more and more like a commomeration of Fantastic Four #600. I predicted it would be J. Storm-less. Today I’m feeling foolish.

Marvel Releases ‘Wolverine And The X-Men #1’ Teaser. Aaron Time.
Marvel is getting their tease on this week. On top of the couple of “4” promos they’ve dropped, yesterday they also released an Uncanny X-Men #1 teaser. Today Wolvie and his team are getting their deserved time in the teasing spotlight.

Robert Rodriguez Talks ‘Sin City 2.’ Money and Script Coming Together. Sure.
When the first Sin City came out, everyone was all “Oh hey sick!, Rodriguez is going to be making a sequel! Totally gnarly.” It was so long ago that gnarly was in fashion. Since then we’ve been waiting. And waiting. And waiting. While he makes Spy Kids 4D: Jessica Alba’s Stretched Poon.
Well, now it’s really maybe sort of coming. So says Rodriguez.
Marvel Releases Second Teaser For ‘4’. FF #600 Hype Train Much?
Marvel’s released a second teaser for ‘4’. I’m going to go ahead and throw my coins in with the lot that believes this is all part of a building hype train for Fantastic Four #600. If that is the case, it’s going to be curious to see if they’re going to run F4 in tandem with Future Foundation, fold one into the other, or have FF #600 and then continue on with the regular numbering. Thing I’m pretty certain of: this isn’t going to be the return of J. Storm. Not yet.

Marvel Teases New ‘Uncanny X-Men #1’ and Hickman’s “4”. Relaunches Ahoy!
Marvel dropped a couple of promo pictures for upcoming November titles. First off they have the relaunching Uncanny X-Men, the image featuring an Emma Frost surprisingly with pants on. Who is on her team? Looks like Juggs and Magneto at the very least. Where’s Scott?! Gone to join his Flame Haired Beauty? And then there’s “4”, lead by Hickman and Pacheco. Torch coming back already? Eh? I love the Foundation. We’ll see.

Multiethnic Spider-Man Is Awesome.
A brief story. This week I was on Google+ for one of my rare visits. There’s nothing going on in there. Tumbleweeds and picture spam. Browsing, browsing. Eventually on my barren News Feed, something caught my eyes. It was a picture my friend posted of an Ariel from Little Mermaid from a coloring book. Ariel was colored in black. I suppose brown is more precise. My friend said something to the extent of “The majority of Disney’s characters are white, so I do what I can for my daughter”, a daughter who is half-white, half-black. All awesome, given her parents.
I thought to myself, that sucks. A couple days later Marvel dropped on the world Miles Morales. He’s the new Spider-Man for Marvel’s Ultimate universe. He’s also half-black, half-Hispanic and fully pants-shitting for the closeted white people out there in the world who think everyone with a skin tone is coming for our tax money, our educational system, and our hospitals.
I think Miles Morales is awesome.
‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2’ To Be Released In 2014. Really? Gracious.
I am currently suffering superhero movie fatigue. Like a son of a bitch. Despite this, I still see them. So while I cannot friggin’ believe they’re already announcing an Amazing Spider-Man 2 with the first one almost a year away, I also can. Because it’s going to make enough money to justify it. Because of sluts like me.
