Here’s the trailer for the final season of Star Wars: Rebels. I know the show is good, I know I want to watch it. However, I also unfortunately know that I’m fucking exhausted with the creative forces behind Star Wars jerking off to the same couple of for the past thirty years.
After the jump because fucking Twitter video, Jesus Christ.
Here’s the second trailer for Star Wars Rebels‘ fourth season! I don’t watch the show, I know I should, but none the less the trailer entertained me.
Star Wars Rebels is ending with its fourth season, it’s been revealed at Celebration this weekend. With that in mind, check out this glimpse of the beloved show’s final installment.
So, like, is KOTOR canon again? If you read into a line from Star Wars Rebels, then, yes! And most likely? I’m thinking so. Ever since Lucasfilm issued forth that post-sale-to-Disney “Legends” dismissal of canon, they’ve been bringing certain elements back into the fold. With Knights of the Old Republic being so goddamn loved, it would make sense to reintegrate it into the current mythos.
Yeah, I often forget that somehow Darth Maul survived his slashing at the hands of Obi-Wan! But bro still alive! Bro getting a rematch against Obi-Wan in Star Wars Rebels‘ third season.
Fuck, I need to watch Star Wars Rebels. Fuck!, I need to watch Star Wars Rebels. Will someone please remind me to watch it? Send me a message right around 4 pm on a Saturday. I’ll hop to it. Redeem myself. If you don’t remind me though, my failure is upon you. Upon you!
Star Wars Rebels. One of the many shows I would watch, if I didn’t whittle away evenings wasting time staring at butts on tumblr, or walking my dog, or harassing my wife ad nauseam. For those of you who watch Star Wars Rebels and are not a Trash Lord like me, I have some good news. The third season’s premiere has been officially dated.
Frak. Why aren’t I watching Star Wars Rebels. Also, FWIW, I’d love Thrawn’s appearance in Rebels to be eventually parlayed into a cinematic appearance. Am I dreaming?
Oh shit! Grand Admiral Thrawn is canon! Canon is Grand Admiral Thrawn! Someday I’ll sit down and watch all of Rebels (seriously), and I’ll partially do so because I love Grand Admiral Thrawn so much. Who is now canon. Again! What was once canon is now canon once more.
The Prequels left me down as futz during my adolescence, but the Grand Admiral Thrawn trilogy definitely helped fill some of that hurt in my heart. When Disney announced they were submarining the entire Expanded Universe, I lamented the (potential) loss of two characters: Grand Admiral Thrawn, and Mara Jade.
It appears that list of mourning is down to one.
