Sandman is back.

Friggin’ righteous. Come this October, Neil Gaiman, Dave McKean, and J.H. Williams III are handling the Sandman. The series will be a prequel to the One You’ve Probably Read, detailing the events that let up to the initial series. Oh, you could figure that out? ‘Cause that’s generally how prequels work? Fair enough, fair enough.

Neil Gaiman is returning to Marvel, and the good man is bringing Angela with him. Yes, that Angela. The one he co-created with Todd McExpensiveBaseBalls way back in the day.

STEAMPUNK Festival Hits Waltham, Mass With[out] NEIL GAIMAN And WILLIAM GIBSON. I’m There.

I enjoy steampunk whenever I pass by it in my cultural travels. Not enough to dress in its elegant swag, nor to delve deeply into the literature. Enough to appreciate it. Even at this novice level however, I’m beyond bonerized for the steampunk festival coming to my home state.

McFarlane Paying Gaiman $382,000 In ‘Spawn’ Settlement, Who Really Wins? Charity.

Remember when Toddy  McFarlane said to Robert Kirkman, “they only sue when there’s money” and we all had a good laugh at his reductionist tendencies? Oh, good times. ‘Cause it really doesn’t mean there can’t be money and  just cause or whatever. Such was the case in the Gaiman vs McFarlane court battle, where Gaiman ended up winning. A considerable amount of money, that he is going to donate to charity.
