Don’t really care for Famke Janssen one way or the other appearing in The Wolverine. What I do give a shit about is keeping her out of the First Class universe, but I’m not holding my breath. How do you folks feel?

MICHAEL BAY takes a shot at HUGO WEAVING, and it’s…awesome? WTF.
Something I never thought would happen…has. Michael Bay has barfed up some sentiment that I can nod my head in agreement with. Recently Hugo Weaving noted that he wouldn’t want to play the Red Skull again, and also that he regretted doing voiceover work for the Transformers flicks. At the time, I thought it was a bit douche for Weaving to consider himself above rocking the Red Skull. I mean, bro. C’mon. You’re in Matrix Revolutions. Not only that, but to have no problem collecting a check for Transformers (terrible flicks, granted) and then coming out against it? Smacks of pretentious hypocrisy. Somehow. Fucking somehow, Michael Bay echoes my own sentiments.

Hopefully by the time Django Unchained comes out, I’ll be finished rubbing The Master all over my soul. So delicious. So tasty. Just to remind my neglecting ass that this movie is coming fast and furiously, there hath been some character posters dropped.

Warner Bros. is hoping to surf some of the Avengers magic by working it in reverse. Word! Instead of launching a bunch of successful individual movies and tying them into one huge one, they’re going to do the opposite. Release one huge pile of crap, and spin it off into individual little steaming butt sores.
Marvel sets a release date for ‘ANT-MAN’ flick. This movie is really real!
Excepting some colossal disaster, the Ant-Man flick is really happening. There is always a glorious tingle in the loins when a whispered fan legend actually comes to fruition.

Catching up on other swag that I enjoyed pre-NYCV is the Django Unchained trailer. Number two! Number two. There’s something unsettling about making a slave master so humorous, but I suppose it would not be Tarantino if he wasn’t surfing controversy.
AGENT COULSON LIVES, to star in ‘S.H.I.E.L.D’ TV series. Hell yeah.
Here is the thing about working NYCC: I go nowhere, see nothing, learn about less. I just heard that Agent Coulson lives, which is a total jolt to my geek g-spot. Enough to pay for the fucking wi-fi here at the convention center so I could post about it. Cyeah!
RZA follows-up directorial debut by adapting Grant Morrison’s “Happy!’, this is rad.
What a weird and welcome development coming down the pipe. The RZA is following-up his first stab at directing by adapting Grant Morrison and Darick Robertson’s new comic book, Happy!. While I haven’t read the fucking comic book yet, having not gotten to the shelves recently, I’m like totally intrigued. Totally.
