Marvel has been building up to The Avengers for years, often times at the detriment of the individual movie franchises that are tying into it. How the fuck do you top this mammoth event? According to Joss Whedon, you don’t even try. Amen.

Oh shit, the second official trailer for The Avengers has dropped! And it’s…something? I’m on campus and I can’t check it out right now. I’ll add my thoughts in the comments section later.

In what was a pretty obvious move, today Disney announced that they were wunder-converting The Avengers into stupendous 3D. Whedon says don’t panic though, it isn’t going to be total balls.
