Behold the spectacle! Behold the post-modern world! There’s a restored version of Georges Méliès’ masterpiece with probably too many people recognize from a whiny Billy Corgan video but whatever featuring the soundtrack being done by AIR. It’s interesting, at the very least.

A restored cut of ‘Trip To The Moon’ is making its own trip to the the Cannes film festival this year. My only lament? They’re stripping it of its silent film glory with some fucking soundtrack.
