There’s been a considerable amount of comic book movies released. Each year, these beasts multiply exponentially, consuming more mental bandwidth and pop culture psyche. Here is a super-cut celebrating fifty-years of comic book moviegoing madness.

It’s been 50 years since the premiere of “Batman: The Movie,” starring Adam West and Burt Ward, and to celebrate, Moon Film has released a short compilation highlighting 100 comic book adaptations.

The three-and-a-half-minute supercut includes not only marquee heroes like Superman,Fantastic Four and Captain America, but also indie titles like “Ghost World” and “American Splendor,” as well. Check out the video below for the entire roster, and see if you can spot your own favorites.
