Telltale’s ‘Guardians Of The Galaxy’ Game Is Official. Teaser Right Here!

The news of a Guadians Of The Galaxy game by Telltale leaked last month. Well, now the title is officially official! Dropping in 2017!

The Verge:

Last month news of a Guardians of the Galaxy game from Telltale leaked out, and now the game is official. Telltale unveiled its latest project at the 2016 edition of the Game Awards in Los Angeles, though we don’t know much about the game itself. The teaser is less than a minute long, and contains no gameplay or even any characters. Of course, given Telltale’s previous work — including The Walking Dead and Batman — it’s likely the Guardians game will be an interactive drama featuring a heavy focus on choice. Here’s how Telltale CEO Kevin Bruner describes it:

In Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series, players will take on multiple roles within the ragtag band of heroes, and take the pilot’s seat in directing their escapades around the universe. We are always honored to be working with the best creative partners and storytellers in entertainment, and working with Marvel on this series leaves us excited to share what we’ve been developing when it premieres in 2017.

No release date has been announced yet, but Telltale says to expect the first of five episodes in 2017.
