As fans wait for “Doctor Strange” to materialize in theaters, a new photo has surfaced of Benedict Cumberbatch as a battle-weary Sorcerer Supreme from the upcoming Marvel Studios film.

Arriving courtesy of Yahoo! Movies‘ fall preview, the image depicts Stephen Strange, blood trickling from his temple, standing in an ornate room amid broken glass. Whether that’s the good doctor’s Sanctum Sanctorum remains to be seen.
