This video of Leonardo DiCaprio’s role in The Revenant being given the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater treatment is the mashup you didn’t know you needed.
Created by One Perfect Shot, Leonardo DiCaprio’s Pro Revenant focuses on a timed mission of vengeance.
The fictional game version of The Revenant in the video offers players four different modes, including Revenant Mode which plays out like Pro Skater’s campaign mode. There’s also an option that allows for two-player gaming, an option to fight the infamous bear from the film and and an option to have a “horsey race.”
The video comes in at just under two minutes and features a massive amount of throwbacks to the original skateboarding game from 1999.
Based on Michael Punke’s 2002 novel of the same name, The Revenant follows the dramatic and often violent experiences of a fur trapper in Montana and South Dakota in 1823. Both the film and DiCaprio received Oscar nominations.
The 88th annual Oscar awards will air Feb. 24 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
