‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Trailer Will Be Attached To ‘Rogue One’

Been wondering when the fuck you’re going to be able to see the Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer? InterSleuths have deduced that the trailer will be attached to Rogue One. Which means that it may debut on the internet even earlier, perchance the week that Rogue One drops.

CBR:

If one rumor pans out, you might not have to wait much longer to see the first footage from Marvel/Sony’s upcoming “Spider-Man: Homecoming.” ComicBook.com has heard from unnamed sources that the first trailer for the new Spider-Man film will screen ahead of this December’s “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.”

Sony and Marvel have not officially confirmed this information, so it’s still just a rumor for now. The timing would make sense, though, as “Spider-Man: Homecoming” is due to arrive next July. And we already saw the first footage from “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” last month, and it opens in May 2017. So if Marvel’s debuting trailers seven months before the film opens, then December’s “Rogue One” makes perfect sense for “Spider-Man: Homecoming.”

There’s also the fact that both films are in the Disney family, so pairing one with the other would make sense. We’ve yet to see footage from the film, or even any real official photos. We’ve seen concept art of the Vulture and plenty of set pics of Spidey in action. You can read the synopsis for the film below.
