‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ TV Spot: The BroDown Throwdown
A German TV spot has brought with it some footage of Bat-Man and Super-Lad throwing down.
Even with two trailers already released, there hasn’t been much footage of Batman and Superman going head-to-head.
That’s all changed with this new German TV spot, which shows the two superheroes in Zack Snyder’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice flying toward each other while the world crumbles around them.
Toward the middle of the spot, Batman is flying the Batplane toward Superman, firing round after round of bullets at the flying hero who uses his laser vision to fight back. While this is going on, the city is swept up in flames, surrounding the both of them as they try to destroy each other.
There’s one other fight scene toward the end, with Batman delivering a swift kick right to Superman’s chest, sending them both crashing through a glass panel on a building’s roof.
The rest of the footage isn’t anything new, but it’s difficult to tell if the dialogue gives away any new information because it’s in German. Ben Affleck, however, recently spokeabout how his Batman will be different than any iteration of the character audiences have seen before.
