Google is dropping knowledge bombs that should surprise approximately no one who reads any sort of tech-geek site. They are slathering us with the tots ph33r that our government is increasing its internet surveillance. Got to catch the bad guys! Watching furry porn.
Here’s a brilliant way to keep your email secure. Don’t fucking use any! Goddamn. Why didn’t I think of that? I imagine it’d be harder to pull off if I was the head of something, though. If I had to run something enormous. Maybe a bloated off-shoot of the military industrial complex. Like, oh, shit, Homeland Security! I mean, I couldn’t possibly stay in contact with people without it. It’d be impossible. Right?
Wikileaks exposes “TrapWire”, government spy network using regular surveillance cameras. Suffers DDoS.
Welcome to the wonderfully quiet Police State, folks. Wikileaks has expose “TrapWire”, a government program that uses ordinary surveillance cameras to spy on the reg. In response, the site has suffered a rather massive DDoS. Sadly, you know what? Shit is unnecessary. The average United States citizen don’t give no fucks, as long as they have their fried foods and reality television.
Man. Total (predictable) bummer. Not even a week after European Parliament axed ACTA has it slithered out of its grave to make another attempt at implementation.
On Fuck Yeah! American Freedom (To Eat and Consume!) Day here in the States, our fellow humans over in the European Parliament have uppercut a dirty son of a bitch much to our internet folks’ pleasure.
ACTA, the serpentine beast awaiting to prey on our internet privacy is going to a vote on Wednesday in the European Parliament. Here’s hoping it’s nailed to a board and thrown to sea.
Glad I don’t live in Japan. Not that I pirate shit, or have any sorts of illegal music on my computer, but if I did I would be in trouble. Illegal downloads are now going to carry a heavy fucking penalty in Godzilla’s stomping grounds.
You can’t keep a good torrent site down. Unless you’re the slew of porn torrent sites that I used to frequent. In that case you can stake them through the heart and leave me devastated. Not Pirate Bay though, nope. No way.
Check out this wunderkind. A crowd-funded billboard denouncing SOPA was placed right outside the office of one of the bill’s sponsors. Fantastic.
