‘COMMUNITY’ Season 3 Midseason Premiere Has SOLID Debut. Well Done

Hark! The angels sing! Community  returned last night, and it did so with some solid ratings. I’m proud of all of you.

Huffington Post:

The darkest timeline is over: “Community” is back on NBC and with solid ratings to boot. According to NBC, the midseason premiere of “Community” brought in 4.9 million viewers at 8 p.m. on Thurs., March 15.

The return of Greendale’s Human Beings bested the premiere of ABC’s “Missing” in the coveted 18-49 demographic. The new Ashley Judd series premiered to a 2.0 rating in the 18-49 demo and 10.6 million viewers total. “Community” pulled a 2.2 rating in the demo. In the 18-34 demographic, “Community” beat “American Idol” from 8-8:30 p.m. “Community” averaged a 2.8 rating while “Idol” pulled in a 2.5. “American Idol” had 15.5 million viewers total.

NBC pulled “Community” from its schedule in November, replacing it with “30 Rock.” “Community’s” last original episode in that timeslot had 3.6 million viewers with a 1.5 rating.

Hell yeah!
